Website and enquiry management

Forklifttruck.ca is operated through flor technologies. For questions about website information or a submitted enquiry, contact flor@flor.tel and identify Forklift Truck Canada.

Details you submit

The quote form collects your name, company if supplied, email, phone, city, equipment interest, new or used preference, operating environment, optional load and lift-height notes, timing, message and consent. We use these details to review and respond to the equipment enquiry. A request reference helps identify retries and reduce duplicate submissions.

How your enquiry is handled

Your enquiry is sent to flor’s lead-management system under the Forklift Truck project. Authorised team members can review it and follow up. The system may use an internal email alert to notify the enquiry team. Enquiry details may be shared with a relevant equipment supplier when necessary to respond to your request, with the scope discussed as appropriate. Please include only information needed for the equipment brief.

Chat with flor

Chat is for general buying questions and help preparing your brief. Questions are processed by the site’s flor equipment guide using a limited set of reviewed website guidance. It does not access live inventory or create an enquiry. Do not enter passwords, payment information, confidential business documents or sensitive personal information. Use the quote form to submit your contact details and request follow-up. The page holds the visible conversation while it is open; it does not store a chat transcript in browser storage.

Optional Google Analytics

When configured, Google Analytics is loaded only after you choose “Allow analytics.” It measures page visits and selected actions, such as opening the quote form or successfully submitting an enquiry. We do not send your name, email, phone, company, enquiry text or chat content to Analytics. Page measurement uses the page path without query parameters. Advertising personalisation and advertising signals are disabled by this website.

You can use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change your choice. The site stores that preference in your browser. Choosing essential-only keeps optional Analytics disabled. After withdrawing consent, this website removes the Analytics cookies it can access and stops sending new events; information already sent remains subject to Google’s and the account owner’s retention settings.

Hosting and technical information

Cloudflare hosts and protects the site and may process IP addresses, request details and security events. The enquiry endpoint uses technical controls to limit abuse. Service providers may process data outside Canada. External links lead to sites with their own privacy practices.

Your choices

You can ask for access, correction or deletion of an enquiry through the contact above. Information may be retained where needed to respond to an active request, resolve a dispute or meet an applicable obligation. Ask for the retention details that apply to your enquiry. We update this notice as the website and its services change.
